AgSnO_2 Contact Materials: Influence of Structure Properties and Oxide Dopants on Mechanical and Wetting Behavior

摘要

The influence of oxide content and oxide particle size on the mechanical behavior is investigated and the limitations for different fabrication processes are discussed. The effect of the addition of further oxides to Ag-SnO_2-materials is analysed by tensile and wetting tests. The possible interpretations due to switching behaviour are discussed.
