A survey of gear research and development at ZRIME in cooperation with china industry

Zhengzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (ZRIME) has engaged in gear researches in cooperation with China industry for more than twenty years. Some major aspects of gear researches, which include high speed and/or heavy duty gears, circular arc gears, double envelope worm gearing, gear heat treatment, and application of industrial gear oils, etc., are presented in this paper.
