Previously we reported on an entropy-based signal receiver and demonstrated that, in certain settings, it was more sensitive to subtle changes in scattering architecture than conventional energy-based signal characterization1. In this paper we present results demonstrating further improvements in sensitivity using a signal receiver based on the Renyi-entropy.
