Plant construction cost simulation based on energy required and its cost

In this paper, we define plant construction as a project where an engineering company gives energy to materials and parts and transforms them into a finished plant. The energy spent can be identified by specific actions such as designing,transportation, installation, welding, fitting, etc. Project engineering could be defined as the technique of optimizing the project total energy costs.Energy is composed of both man and machine power. To identify it in our calculations, man-power is measured by mh, the product of the number of men and the number of working hours. Machine power is measured by hp-hr, the product of the nominal horsepower of the engines mounted on the machine and number of machine working hours. These each have their own unit energy per mh and hp-hr. They also have their own unit cost of both mh energy and hp-hr energy.Since a machine can do a man's work, hp-hr can be converted to mh. The conversion rate of hp-hr to mh is defined as the productivity of the machine. This productivity is a ratio of the unit energy of hp-hr and of mh. The mh converted from hp-hr is then defined as the equivalent man-hour. Man and machine power work together and a plant's construction costs, excluding materials, are then measured by this energy and its resulting cost.When we define the construction cost index as a ratio of actual costs to the cost of the total equivalent ah, we can then make a simulation of the plant's construction coats, with the result being an optimised cost.
