Comparison on Chinese and Western university education and proposed improving measures

摘要

Chinese universities are different from Western universities in terms of teaching method, educational ideology, faculty promotion system, academic research management, and etc. these differences explain the lag of Chinese universities. This paper analyzed the deep reasons and put forward some helpful suggestions to solve these problems.
