The study of various objects properties and structure can be carried out using a method based on the frequency response analysis. The paper presents the study results of the impedance frequency dependence of hard tooth tissues in vitro. It is possible to obtain the results in vitro only when micro-spaces in dentin and enamel are filled with liquids. The paper describes a sample preparation method of molars and premolars and presents some experimental studies. Experiments results obtained by using solutions with a concentration of 20%, 10% and 0.9% are presented. It is shown that the frequency responses for different types of teeth are significantly different even when using the same solutions. Besides, the impedance values of the samples in the studied frequency range have a pronounced dependence on the electrical properties of the solution used in the experiments.
