The driving host of the elevator rotates and the car moves up and down through the wire rope. When the elevator is braked, the driving host stops running, and the car stops through the wire rope. When the elevator is braking, the slip of the wire rope in the traction wheel groove is an important parameter to reflect the traction capacity and braking capacity of the elevator. Therefore, it is necessary to measure and calculate the slip of wire rope in the process of elevator braking. This software takes the video data of wire rope braking process captured by industrial camera as the research object, and identifies the curve of texture change and slip amount in the process of wire rope movement through image processing, so as to detect the braking ability and traction ability of elevator, and provide reference for safe operation of elevator.
