摘要

Pyridylthiosemicarbazones of the general structure and especially their complexes formed by reaction with metals, e.g. copper, having inorganic and/or organic ligands, show high fungicidal activity. The in vitro activity against a wide range of fungal pathogens including Aspergillus niger, Pullularia pullulans, Fusarium oxysporum, Botrytis c inerea , Rhizoctonia solani , Pythium ultimum, Coniophora puteana and Gloephyllum trabeum was evaluated. The compounds are active in concentrations down to 0.2ppm and against the oomycet Pythium ultimum down to 0.02ppm.
