HIGH-SPEED DIGITAL LEASED CIRCUIT SERVICE IN JAPAN

摘要

In response to strong user demands,High-speed Digital Leased Circuit Service has commenced in November 1984 in Japan,as a new leased circuit service.This service provides full duplex digital one link circuits at 64,192,384,768,1536,6144 Kb/s.An optical.fiber cable transmission system, digital subscriber radio transmission system, and metallic cable transmission system are applied to the subscriber line section of the circuit.This paper describes the outlines of this sew service,the system configurati(o)n,and the prospects for the future.
