The subject of this paper is a continuation of topic presented during last European ISTVS Conference. It describes new versions of computer program named COUNTRO that can determine and then draw distribution of normal loads acting on the ground below track belts during vehicle's counter rotation. By means of that computational technique the spatial visual presentations of cumulated loading time as well as the load's intensity of discretized track-terrain interface were prepared. Such map time could be determined both for machines with continuous track belts (mainly compact track loaders) and vehicles equipped with metal rigid-links (crawler loaders and dozers with belts consisted of either flat shoes or shoes with grousers). The comparisons between loading time or loading intensity distribution for counter rotation and skid turn (pivot turn) was made for selected track-type tractors' undercarriage. The values of coefficient DW (disturbed width), describing the magnitude of area loaded by tracks, were estimated and discussed as well. Some conclusions for track-type tractors users connected with recommended way of tight turning were drawn.
