1) Only a few stations are located in Balanced area. The activityintensity and accessibility of those stations are relatively good.2) Some stations are located in the Unbalanced node area of thenode-place model. They have sufficient activity intensity, but theaccessibility of such stations needs to be improved. On the otherhand, stations that are located in the Unbalanced place area ofthe node-place model, need to focus on improving intensity anddiversity of activities.3) Stations that are in Stressed or Ddependent areas need topromote both accessibility of stations and intensity and diversityof activities in the future.
