城际轨道交通站点地区TOD规划模式初探--以广清城际轨道“清远站”片区规划设计为例

China is entering the peak period of rail transit construction. This article embraces on the subject of how to make the harmonious development and mutual promotion of traffic facilities and urban development construction, and carr-ies on the preliminary discussion of the planning design meth-od at the intercity rail site area on the basis of summarizing the concept and characteristics of TOD development model, thro-ugh the design example.%我国正进入轨道交通建设的高峰期，本文在围绕如何使交通设施与城市的开发建设协调发展、互相促进这一课题，在总结 TOD 开发模式概念及特征的基础上，通过设计案例，对城际轨道站点片区的规划设计方法进行了初步地探讨。
