Heavy Duty Vehicles with Electric Drive Train and Hydrogen Fuel Cells as Range Extender

Based on experiences with electrified Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) FAUN hasstarted to develop a range of heavy duty vehicle chassis with full electric drive trains.Due to very different load profiles from RCV operation to long haul traffic the electricsystem is defined as a refurbish able electric basic version with options to add powerand range according to the requirements of customers.
