STEEREON, a Personal Light Electric Vehicle with All-Wheel-Steering

"STEEREON" is a personal light electric vehicle (PLEV), developed by students at THKöln. It is a compact and foldable single-track two-wheel-E-Scooter, which offersunique driving dynamics due to a patented steering mechanism for the special requirementsof urban mobility. It is the first E-Scooter with an all-wheel-steering mechanismto enter the market of micro mobility. The resulting unique dynamics in combinationwith the front-wheel-drive provides safety and driving pleasure on a new level withinthe vehicle class. STEEREON can be driven both while standing or sitting and thedriver can always choose whether he or she prefers to drive sporty or to cruise relaxed.The comparatively large tires offer a very high level of ride comfort and help to safelyovercome a wide range of obstacles, such as curbs and potholes. It is continued, progressedand manufactured by a start-up company called PLEV technologies GmbH.
