The uncertainty and fuzziness of the index data are ignored in the market power evaluation of power generators at present. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on combination empowerment and trapezoidal cloud model. We set up an evaluation index system of market power of generators. The weight of each index is obtained by combination weighting method. The membership degree of each index to each grade is calculated by trapezoidal cloud model. Then combination empowerment and trapezoidal cloud model are integrated to realize a comprehensive evaluation of the market power of the generator according to the principle of maximum membership degree. The case study verified feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
