Gathering and Analysis of Experimental Data for Selective Laser Melting

Selective laser melting (SLM) is one of the most promising technologies of digital economy, but the use of this technology faces a large amount of problems that haven't been properly solved yet. The main problem is optimization of processing parameters for SLM. To solve it, it is necessary to gather numerous experimental data. The types and sources of these data and approaches to their analysis are proposed. There are two types of data sources: external data (published in articles) and own data (obtained from SINTERSTATION Pro DM125SLM System for laser melting and URM-001 liquid metal spraying system for metal powder production). The structure of experimental data for the intellectual analysis is also given.
