The problems of building mobile control systems using artificial intelligence methods are described. The mathematical apparatus of the learning logical networks for the tasks of optimal use of the computing resources of control devices is developed. Network logical architectures and models of learning logic gates are depicted. Learning logic gates models based on conjunction and disjunction are shown. The intellectual properties of the proposed models are described. A method for the optimal use of resources of field programmable gate array based on the model of learning logic is proposed. A method of transformation to the basis of learning logic from artificial neural networks is obtained. The results of neuron modeling using a network of learning logic gates are presented. Conclusions about the applicability of the developed approach in the field of intelligent mobile computing systems are presented.
