The automotive sector takes over an important place in the world economy. Improvements in the production speeds and daily production capacities are important in automotive factories, which generally produce mass production. Planning is a major factor in mass production. In order for planning to be successful, the duration of each operation must be accurately estimated. In this study, duration estimation of vehicle production was performed. A case study was carried out on the assembly line for the duration estimation and multiple linear regression (MLR) was used as the estimation method. Four models with different dataset structures were obtained from and vehicle-based time estimation was performed. Estimation results showed that MLR was successful in estimating duration of assembly line.
