Titanium alloy is widely used in human bone as a metal with better compatibility. To investigate the material mechanical properties of medical titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, many types mechanical experiments have been carried out. These experiments include hardness, elasticity modulus, tensile experiments. The stress-strain curve has been obtained by the different temperature tensile tests. The results will provide the theory basis for the use of medical titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI.
