摘要

Schedule management is an important part of project control, which is closely related to resource utilization and project economic benefits. The traditional schedule management mode has disadvantages of poor coordination, many influencing factors, no dynamic, and poor integrity. BIM Technology is introduced into project management, which provides a new idea for controlling project schedule. BIM includes the information of the whole life cycle of the project. Based on BIM, this can provide data support for the progress management in the construction stage and realize the dynamic management of the construction progress through real-time updates of progress data. In the construction process of the project, it is particularly critical on how to use more advanced technology and methods to carry out scientific planning and effective control, enhance the coordination and cooperation between various disciplines and types of work, and build a connection structure and information integration system based on BIM Technology.
