Automobile braking performance is an important indicator of vehicle safety and is directly related to the safety of driving. The drum counter-force brake test bench is an inspection device for evaluating the braking performance of the vehicle. As an important and widely used vehicle brake performance non-disassembly detection device, the drum reaction force brake test bench integrates mechanical manufacturing technology and transmission. Sense technology, computer data acquisition, and processing technology are all in one, and they are perfected day by day. They are widely used in China and the world, but in the actual test, they show the uncertainty and inconsistency of the test results. This paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting the detection results of automobile braking performance from the aspects of key structure, installation method, weighing method, slip ratio control, and actual operation of the brake table.
