摘要

3D printing, a kind of rapid prototyping technology, is a kind of technology based on digital model files, using powder metal or plastic and other bonding materials, and constructing objects by layer-by-layer printing. Increasing and improving the performance of sensors in intelligent systems is an important means to increase intelligence. According to the defects of FDM nozzle based on multi-sensor technology, in order to control the stepping motor accurately, this paper controls the acceleration and deceleration of the stepping motor, and realizes the 5-segment S acceleration and deceleration curve. On this basis, the temperature control algorithm of nozzle and hot bed is designed and verified by experiments, and good temperature control effect is achieved.
