The invention is relative to a process to manufacture a humidity control tool via 3D-printing technology comprising the following steps:- 3D-print (100) onto a PCB (105) a first electrode via the 3D-printing of layers (110) based on a conductive material (12a);- 3D-print (200) onto a region of the first electrode (120), a dielectric layer (130) of insulating 3D-material (12b, 12c);- 3D-print (300) onto the dielectric layer (130) a second electrode (140) based on a conductive material (12a) and having a permeability to the moisture greater than the dielectric layer (130) with which it is in contact;
