The thermoelectric generator is one of the effective methods of waste heat recovery. The present work is to evaluate power produced by thermoelectric generator and study of the effect of leg length, temperature difference, number of thermoelectric modules, and external load resistance on power generation of the thermoelectric module. Performance of Commercially available Thermoelectric module is analysed mathematical and also using ANSYS. It is observed that as leg length decreases power is increased. As temperature difference decreases power is reduced. There is an optimum number of TEM at whichthe power producer is maximum.
