The trend of globalization has led to the rapidly change of enterprises operational environment. In order to keep and promote the competitive advantage, the business has started to pay attention to the construction of high-quality workspace and regarded improving employee capability as the basic businesses aspiration. Knowledge workers feel nervous with their incapability in conducting their works since they face the rapidly transforming operational environment and complicated as well as various information. When employees confront the working pressure and losing knowledge to destroy their well minds, the lighter ones will cause tensely, anxiously, agitatedly, but the heavier ones will leave office or with the troublesome effects of closing oneself. In the Web2.0 age, many of new applications quickly introduce to the Internet world; and "blog" is the best popular one to gather all over the world Internet user to share personal journeys, experience, and professional knowledge etc. The blogs accumulate a great number of digital contents becoming an important communication tools for knowledge workers to discuss with each other and pressure relief. This research constructed a theoretical framework form literature review firstly, and used survey research method to collect 1007 valid samples, then separated into four groups that based on blog interactive situation and involvement degree by cluster analysis, finally applied regression analysis to identify the relationship between variables. The four groups are named "active sharing", "expended sharing", "developed sharing", and "passive sharing" respectively. All group had positive effect in pressure relief which in blog interaction, involvement degree, and mind adjusted and personal specialty that analysis by linear regression. We also found an argument that the "active sharing" group shows negative relation between the blog interactive and involvement degree. In other words, knowledge workers too much involve into blog causing a negative effect on work. From the research results, this study finds that knowledge workers often use Internet applications to release their working pressure. In the meantime, managers need to avoid employee exceeding involving into blog. The findings of this study provide a valuable reference for both academicians and practitioners.
