Organizational Development, Knowledge Management and Professional Development in Organizations

摘要

The appearance and development of new working and learning environments is becoming increasingly common in the Knowledge Society. Knowledge Management has rapidly become one of the essential strategies to improve lifelong learning within organizations and, therefore, organizational development. Here at the Accelera Project, we have defined and experimented with a model that enables knowledge to be created, shared and managed within a network amongst different groups in educational field: centre headmasters, primary teachers, programme consultants, professors engaged in initial university training and lifelong learning, between others participants.
