In order to solve important public health problems with in-tervenieni approaches for controlling their spread, we focus on modeling of infectious diseases (ID) has been on the design and analysis of epidemic models of communicable ID,and conduct a comparative analysis of a susceptible-infected-quarantined-removed (SIQR) epidemical models with continuous and impulsive vaccination strategies. The SIQR models are derived from the standard SIR endemic models that include a new class of Q of quarantined individuals, who have been removed and isolated either voluntarily or coer-cively from the infectious class-In this article, some, basic ideas of controlling the spread of infectious diseases with our modified SIQR models and the use of two different vaccination strategies (continuous or impulsive) under the certain conditions are discussed. We use Liapunov function and impulsive differential inequality in this thesis. Our studies show that the global dynamics are completely determined by the basic reproduction number.
