A new method for phase de-embedding of measured filter S-parameters is presented. In the method measured S-parameters including phase loading are approximated using Cauchy method employing polynomials of higher orders comparing to the orders of those polynomials resulting from the filter topology. For such polynomials their GCD(Greatest Common Divisors) are found what allowed to find filter S-parameters without phase loading.
