An end-to-end multi-GHz serial channel design process

An end-to-end process has been developed to investigate and constrain the designs of multi-GHz serial channels. This serial channel design process consists of three sections: (1) Technology Investigation, (2) Pre-route Channel Modeling, and (3) Post-Route System Modeling and Verification.
