Multi-level approach for resource assignment modelling into projectmanagement

This study deals with a resource assignment modelling approachinto a multiproject management context. The approach divides theresource assignment complexity into three modelling levels: thestructural one, the qualitative one and the quantitative one. Each leveldeals with one main constraint and uses appropriate modelling tools. Asummarizing measure of an average agent treatment load factor isintroduced to balance the agent plan
