In the last years, there has been certain interest in unifyinginstallations for radiated immunity tests (which require a completelyanechoic environment) and radiated emission tests (OATS). Thepossibility of making radiated emission tests in completely anechoicchambers has been suggested. Such a possibility poses the problem ofobtaining equivalent results with the new system to those obtained withthe standardized one. This paper presents a general approach to thatproblem, including the possibility of extrapolating results fromanechoic measurements at 3 meters to OATS measurements at 10meters
