Scientific method as object of research in radioelectronic technology development

New scientific results in the field of radioelectronics can be obtained by improving the features of the element base of the electronic devices and systems, by developing new methods in that scientific field or by using new methods and components in combination. In principle, it is most efficient to develop and use new methods as they may result in new knowledge and achievements in technology. At that, the necessity of improving the electronic element features often requires to develop new methods. The purpose of the paper is to unite and systemize the features of the particular methods of radio electronics with the means that are used to solve certain partial problems. The analysis concerns those parts of the radioelectronic system development cycle that are corresponding to the research that the main approach with new methods developing is the functional and structural approach for investigation on intensively developing systems. On this base a diagram of the cycle of research in radioelectronics based on the function method-structure triad has been suggested. Thus the role and the place of methods in the development of scientific trends as the most effective and summarized form of expressing the research results have been estimated.
