This research discusses one of a kind of human's health care methods, which focus on lifestyle, quality of sleep and exercise.Life quality includes many important factors, which includes food, emotion, exercise amount, etc., and one of the importantfactors is sleep. We are hard to deny that having a sleepless night seems became a common experience for all of us. The existapplication has considered every people’s different exercise and life style, thus this paper will focus on people’s sleep quality, andhow a factors effective human’s daily life. The authors present the method depending on human’s life rhythm to construct basicmodels. Data of sleep and life style is emphasized. This research presents a way for the ability and potential to offer personalizedservice. Data analysis methods will be discussed and experiment results will be shown.
