The wastewater from hospital has been strongly negative affected to human life in large area. The disadvantages of the currently treatment system are low treatment efficiency, costly and unstable due to using microbiological, biochemistry, combining physics and chemistry method, or advanced oxidation process. In this study, the treatment hospital wastewater system using plasma at atmospheric pressure was designed and developed to solve the above disadvantages. Wastewater from the three clinic centers Long Binh, Y Đuc, and Sai Gon Lab. were used and the densities of BOD, COD, Nitrat, Phosphat, Coliforms were studyed. Applied voltage, applied current and treatment time were used for analyse the treatment efficiency. The results show that treatment efficiency of BOD, COD, Phosphat, NO- and coliforms are 54%, 51%, 50%, 60%, and 99,9%, respectively. The treatment efficiency is about 35% at 30KV applied voltage, 4A applied current and 0.12s. The treated wastewater reaches to B-QCVN 28:2010 standards at 0.7s treatment time.
