Website Testing Analysis Using PIECES and EUCS Method

摘要

The research is to support the website using two methods, PIECES and End-User Satisfaction (EUCS). The results showed that not all variables of the two methods have an influence on user satisfaction, the variable of the lowest PIECES method on user satisfaction is service variable (service), and the variable that most influences user satisfaction from the End User Computation User Satisfaction method is the timeliness variable. the results of testing and analysis of the quality of the website showed that there were satisfied and less satisfied respondents with the website. The PIECES method and the EUCS method prove that in terms of performance, control, service, accuracy, appearance, ease of use and accuracy on the website it is good enough to meet user satisfaction while in terms of information, economy, efficiency, and content produced by the average respondent still not satisfied and must be developed again.
