This paper first proposes the conceptual model of research team collaborative innovation effectiveness''s influencing mechanism; then demonstrates it by regression model, combining with 142 valid data. The results show that: ①results expectation has no significant effect on any dimensions of collaborative effectiveness; ②self-efficacy, research values, communication methods, communication frequency, collaborative thinking, collaborative behavior, coordination, interaction mechanism and the wish of interaction all have effects on different dimensions of innovation effectiveness; and the influencing coefficient above the 0.05 level is between 0.179–0.567; Finally, make conclusions depending on the influencing coefficient.
