摘要

A Navier-Stokes solver has been developed to address unsteady rotor-stator interactions. The code is formulated in terms of multiple independent blocks of cells with an adaptive finite difference mesh in each block. A second order closure model of turbulence is employed to compute the Reynolds stresses. The computer code is applied to two turbomachinery problems in the paper.
