The electrical properties of conducting polymers can beefficiently exploited in the development of new smart gas-sensingdevices. In this paper the authors describe the preparation ofLangmuir-Blodgett (LB) polymeric films made from pyrrole monomersfunctionalized with alkyl chains of variable length.
