PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate implement for langmuir-Blodgett film transfer increasing the productivity of langmuir-Blodgett film transfer.;SOLUTION: The substrate implement 10 for langmuir-Blodgett film transfer fixes the substrate A to which the langmuir-Blodgett film formed on a water surface is transferred to expose one face of the substrate A, and includes a thin and long shaped barrier part 11 with the longitudinal direction horizontally disposed when in use, and a substrate holding part 12 suspended at the longitudinal-direction center of the barrier part 11. The barrier part 11 has a barrier face 11b containing a side face along the longitudinal direction of the barrier 11, while the substrate holding part 12 is configured to hold the substrate A so that the exposed face faces to the direction reverse to the barrier face 11b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
