摘要

In this work, a Concentrating Photovoltaic system based in a parabolic trough solar collector is proposed, using theconfiguration of a Cassegrain telescope, which has a geometrical concentration of 143.75x. We show the optical design,the mechanical design, the final prototype, and a preliminary thermal assessment. At the same time, through simulations,we have evaluated the way in which the optical concentration will be affected by increasing the average surface error ofall the components of this solar concentrator.
