摘要

This paper presents the use of the L-G methodology for recordingchanges occurring in biological cells included in biological images. Inparticular, the local-global (L-G) graph methodology is able toaccurately and efficiently represent the local and the global featurescontained in an image. The use of the L-G method on successivebiological images can represent the content of images, compare them andrecord their visual differences or similarities. Note that, thesimilarity between two images is based on color, size, shape andtopological changes of the image regions. Several methods dealing withimage or objects similarities have been proposed. The method attempts toreplace the human observer's and eliminate the human perceptiondisadvantages (difficulty to observe small differences, or manydifferences in different places, long time observation, etc.) byrecording differences extracted from different images
