Although integral capacitors fabricated using polymer/ceramiccomposite film have been intensively investigated, there was nosystematic study of relationships between suspension formulation andproperties of capacitors made from the suspension. In this paper theeffects of the suspension formulation such as powder size, amount ofdispersant, and amount of solvent, on the capacitor properties such asdielectric constant, dielectric loss, leakage current were investigatedusing BaTiO3 as a ceramic filler and epoxy resin as apolymer. It was found that high packing density could not only providehigh dielectric constant and high capacitance but also high leakagecurrent
