it is shown that the operation of electro-hydraulic systems is accompanied by the occurrence of unsteady operating modes. In the event of an emergency shutdown of the power supply of electric drive of pumping units, a sharp actuation of protective valves in the pipeline network, surges occur in the hydraulic system, resulting in a rupture of the pipeline, failure of pumps and shut-off and control equipment. It is determined that emergency modes of operation are characterized by the transformation of energy processes in the pipeline network, which results in a decrease in the electrohydraulic complex power controllability. The coefficient of the electro-hydraulic complex power controllability in case of emergency power outage is assessed. Methods for improving power controllability based on hydrodynamic protection means are proposed. It take into consideration the operation of an electric drive from an uninterruptible power supply and forming an uneven rate of control of the shut-off valves electric drive.
