PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a server shutdown at a commercial power outage for a computer system having plural servers and plural uninterruptible power source apparatuses.SOLUTION: A power source management system includes: plural servers 100A and 100B; and plural uninterruptible power source apparatuses 200A and 200B for supplying at least one of the plural servers with power at a commercial power outage. Further, the uninterruptible power source apparatuses 200A and 200B each includes: a power-outage detection part for detecting a commercial power outage; a power-feed state confirmation part for confirming a power-feed state of another uninterruptible power source apparatus (e.g., 200B) for a server (e.g., 100A) connected to the apparatus itself (e.g., 200A) when a commercial power outage is detected; and a shutdown instruction output part for determining presence of a server (e.g., 100A) to be shut off from the power-feed state of the confirmed another uninterruptible power source apparatus (e.g., 200B) and outputting a shutdown instruction to the server (e.g., 100A) to be shut down.
