摘要

This paper shows a new calibration technique for 1-port vector network analyzers and describes a demonstration of its operation. The proposed technique requires no assumption for the theory and standard devices. Hence, precise measurements are considered possible. In the demonstration, a load termination was measured at 65 GHz. The measurement result was consistent with that by the open-short-load calibration method.
