Data-driven Two Degrees of Freedom Controller Design for MIMO System via VRFT Approach

摘要

In this paper, we develop a data-driven controller approach for multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) discrete-time systems via virtual reference feedback tuning (VRFT). Unlike the traditional VRFT for single-input-single-output (SISO) systems, we recall the model reference control problem of MIMO systems and extend the method to design a two degrees of freedom controller. The optimization problem for control is based on a global model reference procedure, therefore, it does not require to access the plant for experiments many times. For this reason, the design of a discrete-time controller has better performance. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are demonstrated by numerical simulations.
