This paper systematically analyzes the connotation of synergy of the traditional enterprise transformation and upgrading and technological innovation, establishing a synergic process model for traditional enterprise transformation and upgrading and technological innovation to analyze synergic factors. It divides the synergic factors into three categories: "general factors", "synergic factors to be transformed and upgraded and technologically innovated" and "synergic factors of transformation and upgrading and technological innovation".
