摘要

This paper confers a new practice for modeling building energy performance based on a physical model and to predict energy consumption by selecting best match parameters and building envelops to have energy efficient smart buildings. The increase in electricity demand causes greenhouse emission and rise in energy cost. The gain in electric demand presents not only challenges but also gives platforms to engage energy saving design practices techniques. In the Present endeavor Building envelopes energy optimization became a major approach in the smart buildings research. Technology can be utilized to keep these factors under control by optimizing building design to meet with the neighborhood environmental conditions and the energy demands. The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationships between building envelopes plan and building energy efficiency through modeling and simulation.
