With the rapid development of the national economy and great improvement of people's living standards, air travel embraces increasing popularity. Meanwhile, as the most efficient choice for traveling around the world, the airport has functioned as a national portal and city symbol. The majority of airports aspires to transform themselves to multi-functional space to satisfy the needs of various traveling scenarios. However, in the process of designing this public space, necessary considerations for the people with mobility difficulties are always neglected. To meet the interaction relationship of people with daily travel difficulties and provide a constructive reference for improving spatial interaction, the paper starts researches from perspectives of service and space. As for the research methods, the paper adopts a literature study, field measurement, interviews, document analysis, and induction. Based on the analysis of the airport's main service procedures and layout of the airport's spatial architecture, the paper summarizes the key factors affecting the interactive experience of public service space following a comparative analysis of touchpoints between passengers with and without mobility difficulties in the airport service-scape, as well as the study on spatial ergonomics. The paper sorts out and summarizes relations between service and space, coming to the conclusion that only through complete information exchange and match between service and space, can the airport better meet passenger's needs. At the same time, the paper provides a reasonable reference and evaluation standard of interactive relations for providing ultimate and premium services for people with mobility difficulties.
