摘要

Results of experimental researches on application of laser radiation with ultra-short pulse duration at manufacturing of grid electrodes are resulted and also results of tests of grid structures of high-density pyrolytic graphite on stability to vibratory and shock mechanical effects with the high acceleration are presented. The possibility of using high-density pyrolytic graphite grid structures in cathode-grid assemblies for low- voltage current control of high-power pulsed TWTs is experimentally confirmed.
